In addition to offering psychotherapy to individuals and families, I am also dedicated to providing quality clinical supervision for therapists seeking licensure in both Washington and Oregon, as well as clinical consultation for helping professionals seeking to enhance their current practices.
I have been providing clinical supervision in both private practice and community mental health settings since 2014. I am passionate about providing an educational and reflective space to support clinicians to grow in their practice. I offer both individual supervision as well as group supervision.
Theoretical Orientation
My approach to clinical supervision is to utilize an integrative model that is strength based, client centered, developmentally appropriate and systems oriented. I am passionate about providing education on vicarious trauma and vicarious resilience with a focus on preventing burnout. My clinical theoretical orientation is highly attachment focused, system based, and social constructivist, with an additional specialization in Internal Family Systems theory. My theory base in serving clients is applicable to the work I do with supervisees.
